Julie arrives at the venue hours prior to the event to meticulously plan and organize the scene. Guests can stop by while the painting occurs live to see the story unfold. At the end of the event, she reveals the finished artwork for all to see and you are provided with a treasured painting for your family to cherish for future generations!
It's important for me to get to know my clients and learn about your story. After you complete the online inquiry form, I will set up a video call with you to see if your date is available and if everything aligns smoothly, I will happily prepare a proposal based on the information gathered during our initial meeting. To officially book your date, I will need a signed copy of the contract plus a 50% deposit fee based on your chosen package amount. The remaining 50% fee is due one week before event. We have a consultation to discuss the painting details about specific pose options and features. I want to ensure we collaborate so I can capture your perfect story.
Absolutely! I would be happy to travel and delight in your exclusive event to capture the romance. Tell me the destination details and we can discuss the details. Travel costs will be included in your proposal and will include compensation for airfare or mileage, hotel accommodations 2+ hours from my studio in Northern California, and a rental car if necessary.I find travel to be the most exciting part of the event.
Local events within Northern California do not require travel compensation.

The goal is to provide you with a painting to take home immediately after the event. However, there are rare instances that impact the finished goal that would require me to finish in my art studio. For those scenarios, I will ship your painting to you and the shipping fee is included in the package.
I paint with high quality water-based acrylic paint on pre-stretched canvas. The paint is non-toxic and extremely quick drying, allowing for easy cleanup and transport of the painting after an event.
